The Olea Creation website sells the following products:
evening dresses, ceremonial dresses, haute couture caftans, and custom-made creations.
The customer declares having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale before placing their order. The validation of the order implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.
Article 1 – Principles
These general conditions express the entirety of the parties' obligations. In this sense, the buyer is deemed to accept them without reservation.
They apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, particularly those applicable in physical stores or through other distribution channels.
They are accessible at any time on the Olea Creation website and will, where applicable, prevail over any other version.
The seller reserves the right to modify these general conditions from time to time. They will be applicable as soon as they are put online.
These general conditions are valid until December 31, 2026.

Custom-made, personalized, or adjusted haute couture pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
